You have 15 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 15 days from delivery.
  2. Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  3. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies etc.
  4. Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  5. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  6. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  7. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  8. Fragile items, hygiene related items.

  2.   Used Plumbing Fixtures: Items such as used faucets, showerheads, or drains may not be returnable once they have been installed or used.
  3.   Customized or Special-Order Items: Products that are specially ordered or customized to fit specific requirements may not be returnable unless they are defective.
  4.   Damaged or Defective Items: While this may seem obvious, damaged or defective items might not be returnable if the damage is due to improper installation or misuse.
  5. Opened or Used Products: Items that have been opened or used, such as sealants, adhesives, or cleaning chemicals, may not be returnable due to safety and health concerns.
  6. Cut Materials: Materials like lumber, pipe, or wire that have been cut to specific lengths according to your request may not be returnable.
  7. Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale may not be returnable as per the store's policy.
  8. Perishable Items: Some hardware shops may carry perishable items like adhesives or sealants that have a limited shelf life and may not be returnable.
  9. Personal protective equipment (PPE): Items like gloves, masks, or safety goggles are often non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
  10. Cutting tools: Items like saw blades, drill bits, and cutting discs often cannot be returned due to the wear and tear they experience during use.
  11. Paint and chemicals: Due to safety regulations and the potential for tampering, many hardware stores do not accept returns on paint, solvents, or other chemical products.
  12. Electrical components: Once electrical components like wires, switches, or outlets have been installed or used, they are often non-returnable due to safety concerns.
  13. Plumbing parts: Similar to electrical components, plumbing fixtures and parts that have been installed or used may not be returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

It's important to carefully read the return policy of the sanitary ware shop to understand which items are eligible for return and under what conditions. Additionally, it's advisable to inspect items thoroughly upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations and are free from defects before installation.
